SETTLERS COVE - ILUKA

Construction has started on the Settlers Cove Iluka building. As the third stage of the masterplanned residential development this building comprises 22 luxurious apartments of which four are opulent penthouses.

The planning of the apartments seeks to create a high level of living comfort with extensive apertures providing abundant cross flow ventilation and natural light. All apartments have been orientated to maximise exposure to the desirable aspect and capitalise on the expansive views. Construction of the basement level has proceeded at a fantastic pace and should be enclosed by the Christmas break.
